Sardar Qaisar Rasheed is the Chief Executive Officer of MCN – Muzaffarabad College of Nursing (Pvt.) Limited. He is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the college.
Under his leadership, the college has been established in Muzaffarabad to teach the BS Nursing (Generic) programme and to prepare nurses who serve with knowledge, care and excellence.
