Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information the MCN website handles and how it is used.
1. Admission Form
The admission form asks for personal, educational and family information, including the applicant's name, CNIC or B-Form number, contact details, academic record and family support details. This information is requested only for the purpose of processing an application for admission to Muzaffarabad College of Nursing.
2. Where Form Information Goes
When you submit the form, your application is sent to the college's admission records, which are kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet. Access to that spreadsheet is limited to college staff who handle admissions. A printable copy is also prepared in your own browser so that you can print it and bring it to the college.
If you choose to send your reference on WhatsApp, a short message containing your name, reference number, programme, F.Sc percentage and mobile number is opened in WhatsApp for you to send. Your CNIC number is not included in that message.
3. How the Information Is Used
Application information is used to assess eligibility, contact applicants, arrange the admission test and interview, and maintain admission records. It is not sold or used for advertising.
4. Technical Data
Like most websites, the hosting service may record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, for security and operation of the site.
5. Cookies and Third-Party Services
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, submitted applications are stored using Google Sheets, and links to WhatsApp and Google Maps open those services. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
